Becky Medvetz for Indiana County Auditor

Becky Medvetz has served as Indiana County auditor since 2006 and is seeking re-election to the position.   

Before becoming auditor, Medvetz worked for 20 years at First Commonwealth Bank.  Her duties there included reconciling various federal, state and individual accounts. She briefly worked for Indiana County in 1998-99, assisting the public in applying for property tax relief under the Homestead Act.  

A graduate of Homer-Center High School, Medvetz has been a long-standing member of the Federation of Democratic Women. 

“My goal is to continue to fulfill the duties of auditor that were entrusted to me and to serve the residents of Indiana County,” she said.  The auditors review county spending across dozens of agencies and accounts.
